こんな素敵なところで勉強できるなんてうらやましやシドニー大学
今日（昨日、9月5日）も快晴。オーストラリア最古のシドニー大学に行きました。道中で「テクノロジーや……」と納得する外見のテクノロジー大学なるものを発見しましたが、生きてシドニー大学に向かうという目標がある二人は華麗にスルー。宿からおよそ40分でシドニー大学に到着。大学はとてもとても広くて、すべてを回る気力は生きることに精いっぱいな二人にはありませんでした。
Today is sunny, too. We went to Sydney University which is the oldest university. We find Technology University on our journey but our goal is to live. So we went through it. After 40 minutes later, we arrived Sydney University. It is too large to walk.
シドニー大学に到着
校舎は昔ながらのヨーロッパ風のものもあれば、最近建てられたとみられる近代的なものもありました。大学に入ってすぐの建物（写真参照）は横に広すぎて1枚の写真に収まり切りませんでした。恐らく、超人類が持つ広角レンズがあれば1枚で収まりパシャりと素敵に撮れたのだと思いますが、低人類の私はそんな高価な物は持てないので、建物の端が見切れた写真でお許しを……。
There are European buildings and latest buildings. The building is too large to take a picture. Perhaps, people who earn a lot of money and have a super-wide-angle lens could take a picture but I am very poor so I could not take a picture. I am so sad. I hope someone gives me a super-wide-angle lens.
どの建物も大変美しくて、また芝生もきれいに手入れされていて、「こんなに素敵なところで勉強できるなんてすばらしや！」と二人で声をそろえて言いました。少し近代的な建物である図書館に入ってみたところ、「quiet room」「silen room」「group room」とフロアが分かれており、学生たちが分厚い本とパソコンを載せた机に向かって熱心にとても静かに勉強しており、私たちは息もできない状態になりました。息苦しくて息苦しくて、危なく窒息死するところでした……。
Every buildings are very beautiful and the glass are taken care of. We said “How wonderful student can study in here”. We came into the little latest building. There are quite room, silent room and group room. A lot of student have studied and thick books and the laptop were on their desk. They were very quiet and we could not breathe. So we had almost died.
本を借りる機械や建物の造りはとても近代的でテクノロジーが発達している様子がうかがえるのに、本という物体はアナログで、「Kindle敗れたりふふふ」とほくそ笑みました、まりあたんが。
The book machine and building are very latest and are developed but “Book” is analog. So Maria said “Kindle lost” and smiled in glee.
大学の博物館でミイラを初めて見る
道を歩いていると博物館を発見したので寄ってみることにしました。古代ローマやエジプト時代の展示でした。常にこの展示なのか、時期によって変わるのかはわかりません……。ピラミッドから発掘されたであろう鏡やコイン、土器など歴史の教科書で見たようなものが目の前にあり、興味深く見ることができました。また、とても細かい模様が土器に描かれていたり、繊細に模様が施された小さい置物があったりして、私たちは昔の人の技術に感心しきりでした。みんな、手先が器用やなぁ〜と。ちなみに、子牛のホルマリン漬けやミイラなどもあり、「おぉ……。おぉ……」となりました。
There is the museum in the university. Ancient Rome and Egypt’ goods are displayed. The mirror, coin and pottery were excavated from archaeological sites and pyramids in front of us and we www exciting. They are very minute pattern. So we were very impressed by technique of ancient people. They are clever with them hands. Add there is a calf into the formalin and a mummy. We said “Oh……oh……”.
DAISO JAPANを発見
大学を存分に堪能したあとはダイソーに寄りました。日本のダイソーですよ！ 「DAISO JAPAN」と書いてあり、店内にも日本の物や、日本語で説明が書かれたものが数多く売られていました。日本のダイソーよりはどの商品も少し割高で、やはりシドニーは物価が高いのだなと再確認。まりあたんが「これ（調味料）買いたい！ 全部買いたい！」とわくわくした声で言っていたので、「荷物になるよ〜。チリにもダイソーあるから大丈夫だよ〜」と私は優しい声で諭しました。チリにダイソーなかったらごめんちゃい。
After we were enjoyed Sydney University, we went to Daiso. It is Japanese Daiso!. The signboard written “DAISO JAPAN” and Japanese goods are selld. But they are a little expensive and we reconfirmed Sydney’s prices are high. Maria said “I wanna buy those seasoning! I wanna buy all!” with be excited voice and I said “It will be baggage. There are Daiso in Chile” with be tender voice. If there are not Daiso in Chile, I am sorry.
ダイソーが入っている建物でアート展（？）もやっていたので、それもチラ見。レコードに素敵な絵が描かれていて見ていてとても楽しい気持ちになりました。また、建物の造り自体がすでにアートを体現していて（壁に絵が描かれていたり、変わった形の椅子があったり）、外国人にとってアートは身近なものなんだな〜と。
The exhibition of art is held in that building and we saw it. The records which are painted are very fantastic. I saw it and feel happy. I think the building is the art. For example, there are walls are painting and fantastic chairs. The art is familiar for Australian.
おいしい夕ご飯
夜はダイソーで買った調味料（塩こしょう）とスーパーで買ったピンクサーモン（という名のツナ）を使い、まりあたんがおいしい料理を作ってくれました。もぐもぐ。おいしい！ ぷはぁ〜。満腹！ では、今回はここら辺で、アディオス〜！
In the evening, Maria cooked very delicious dinner. Good! Good! We got full. Adios!
